Potential changes to Taylor & Francis journal access in March 2024 February 22, 2024 UC is currently in negotiations with Taylor & Francis (T&F), a publisher with significant content for the humanities and social sciences, to establish an agreement that redirects the university’s spend from reading access to open access publishing. T&F’s current proposal adds open access publishing costs on top of subscription fees for the same journals. Though an agreement may yet be reached, direct access to 2024 article content will be lost in March without a resolution.
